ROKINON is introducing the new 14mm T3.1 Ultra Wide-Angle CINE DSX lens, the newest addition to its line of CINE DXS lens series.
According to ROKINON, the 14mm T3.1 Ultra Wide-Angle CINE DSX lens produces “sharply defined” images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations. Inside, the lens is built from seven specialized elements. This consists of Aspherical, High Refractive Index, Hybrid Aspherical and Extra-Low Dispersion types. Also, it includes a rounded nine-blade aperture.
The lens is available for Canon RF, Canon EF, Canon M, Fuji X, MFT, Nikon F and Sony E. Also, the lens mount is weather sealed. The Canon RF mount model comes with a rear filter holder, allowing for gel filter used without vignetting.

The DSX 14mm T3.1 is made with a “compact” and “sleek” design with a matte black finish, according to ROKINON. Also, it features a built-in petal-shaped lens hood, and a wide focusing gear.

Right now, there’s no word about the ROKINON 14mm T3.1 Ultra Wide-Angle CINE DSX lens’ pricing. However, ROKINON revealed the lens will be available this April. So, we can expect to see a price reveal sometime soon.
