Who is PowerLines?
PowerLines aim to lower utility bills while growing the U.S. economy. It focuses on state public utilities commissions (PUCs). These are the 200 people who oversee more than $200 billion in utility spending each year. As a result, PUCs shape how much Americans pay for energy, how utilities invest and where new projects get built. By engaging with PUCs, PowerLines is pushing for an energy system that better serves American consumers and communities.

The Visual Fellow will need three years of professional photography experience and a strong documentary or photojournalism background.
