Adobe has released version of Adobe Express for desktops. Adobe Express is an all-in-one content creation app powered by Adobe’s Firefly generative AI. You could try it previously as a beta version but it’s now officially available.
Easy content creation
Adobe Express is designed to enable everyone to create great content with little or no prior experience. You can make Instagram Reels and TikTok videos quickly and easily with drag-and-drop video creation. There are also professionally designed templates that you can customize with just a few clicks. In addition, you get access to the Adobe Stock collection of photos, videos and music. This is limited with the free version but paying for the Premium version gets you over 195 million photos, videos and music.
Adobe Firefly
With Adobe’s Firefly generative AI you can generate text effects and images with a simple description using the Text to Image and Text Effects features. Firefly also supports text prompts in over 100 languages. This makes it even more accessible as users across the world can generate images and text effects using their native languages.
Other features
Adobe Express has PDF support, so you can easily import, edit and enhance documents to create great looking PDFs. The Animate from Audio feature is powered by Adobe Character Animator. With it, you can create animated characters with lips and gestures synced to recorded dialogue. In addition, Adobe Express includes tools for real time collaboration and commenting. You can also work with creative assets from Photoshop and Illustrator directly within Express. If you add linked files, these will always stay in sync across apps.

Adobe Express is Adobe’s response to the popularity and success of apps such as Canva. Many content creators simply want to make videos and images quickly and simply without needing to learn advanced programs such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro. Adobe Express also has the advantage of access to Adobe Stock and Adobe Fonts, which means you will never be short of inspiration. If you are already a subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud, you can use Adobe Express Premium. However, you still get a lot of features in the free version as well. If you want to create great looking content, Adobe Express is an app worth exploring.

The new version of Adobe Express for desktops is available now. Adobe confirmed a mobile version is coming soon. Adobe Express is available as a free version or as a paid for Premium version with enhanced functionality. The Premium version costs $10 per month or $100 per year.
