What we think
Acer’s new Predator Helios Neo 14 laptop has a great specification for gamers. However, this should make it ideal for video editing on the go. The Intel Core Ultra processors deliver the power you need and a GPU with up to 8 GB of VRAM will also give a boost to most video editing programs. In addition, you can equip your system with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X SDRAM system memory. If you think the 14-inch screen might feel a little cramped for video editing, the Nitro 16 gives you extra screen space. If you are looking for a new laptop for video editing, the Acer Predator Helios Neo 14 and Nitro 16 should be on your shortlist.
Pricing and availability
The Predator Helios Neo 14 will be available in the US in May, with prices starting at $1,799. Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) will get the laptop in June.
The Acer Nitro 16 will also be available from the same dates, priced from $1,399.
