Can anyone recommend a wireless pan head for a handy cam? I am doing Byzantine Churches and they only allow a camera behind the altar. No one is allowed to be with the camera behind the altar. I would need something with a range of 60 to 100 feet. My iPad or phone compatible, or a remote with the unit. I have been searching, but no luck. Can anyone help?

You might consider the wired pan head made by Bescor. It pans and tilts and is reasonably smooth. We run more than 100 feet of cable from the pan head to the rear of the venue and a second cable (RCA) carrying the output from the camera to a monitor nearby so we can see what the remote camera sees.
