Videomaker is offering a 1-day conference on the essentials of making video. Topics covered will include:

• Recording audio/using microphones
• Lighting techniques both in-studio and outdoors
• Camera movement
• Exploration of the technology behind the equipment (and using this information to achieve desired results)
• Organizing a shoot and working with a crew
• Framing and composition 

In addition, participants will engage in video critiques where they will identify specific lighting, shooting, and audio techniques. There will be opportunities for questions and answers with our editors through the conference.
