Is there any camera in market which gives direct video without internet IP. this vidoe should be covered in my laptop at a distant location.
Ronny,
It's not the camera that gives a live feed to your laptop. You'll need secondary software and or hardware that will do live capture. Adobe On-Location (CS3-CS5) allowed for realtime recording from a video camera via firewire. However, that's only for capture. There are solutions, but they get pretty pricey. Blackmagic Design makes a lot of video interfacing gear. Check through their website to see if they have something that will allow you to do live video directly from camera to laptop.
