In the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHZP3sQgGiw&ab_channel=TiffanyAlvord
What is the effect in the first 5 seconds where the top of her head seems to be tracked to the top center of the frame. How do you do this? – is it just track it in after effects then scale the video down a little before applying the track to the position?
Thanks,
Adobez
All I’m seeing is a steady camera with an FX applied over top, not a tracking shot.

Her head is “pinned” to one position and the frame moves around that fixed position. I would guess some key-framing and tracking motion should work.
All I see is a light effect, added in post editing. she does move, she is just singing the song as this light effect shoots and comes back across the screen
