I am looking for some ideas about how to shoot the renovation of a building for 16 months, the length of the construction. My client wants to shoot the progress of the construction. I was thinking of installing some cameras to capture this. Anyone have any ideas of how to accomplish this?

More than one camera(view) is a good idea.
Are you shooting eight hours a day? How many times per week?
      Battery life will be problematic.
      Are you shooting remotely?
Interval time will need to be slow.

Look around for a surveillance DVR and camera setup. There’s plenty of them on Amazon, and many will record at a 1080p resolution.
