I need to trim a couple of videos. Only the simple act of shortening the front and the back, without using editing software. Different converters it offers as an additional function, but the setting is quite uneven and inaccurate.
Advise someone cute program that does that?

You neglected to say what format the files are that you want to trim.
I've had a lot of luck using VirtualDub (free and open source) to do this in the past.

Quite a lot of free video editing tools are available to do that. You may need to check your video format first as each tool may be compatible with different kinds of video formats. Or if you don’t want to install an extra software program on your computer, using some free online solutions can be a good choice.
