I currently video record Rugby matches for referees who I coach. Post match I take the footage home and using my MacBook Pro (running Windows) and Sony Vegas, I superimpose a time clock (mm:ss) over the footage from when the referee commences each half of the game. I then render the footage, burn to DVD and post to the referee.

I’m looking for a way of capturing the footage AND superimposing the time clock in real-time and providing the referee a copy on memory stick straight after the game.
I’ve been looking at the BlackMagic Mini Recorder to do the real-time capture from camera to PC but not sure what s/w is available that will allow me to superimpose the clock in real time. Any ideas?

      Thanks in advance
      Ian
