MemberRe formatting, I'd suggest looking online for 2-column A/V script formats. Re content, I have found it to be unique to every assignment. When I start writing a script, I ask myself, "What's the story?" Even for a corporate or documentary piece. I boil the story down to a logline–a single sentence that describes the story. Then I think about the beginning, middle, and end of the story, and decide how much of the allotted time budget I want to spend on each one.
In those few cases where story won't work as the basis for a script, I go beck to "What's my logline?" I again try to boil it down into a single sentence, and then develop three subsidiary points as aspects of the logline, and write the script from there.
So, I'd suggest going back to the pitch that won you the business. Can you make it a ninety-second story? Can you make it a logline? Once you do that, you've pretty much got your script.
