I picked up a Sears LXI Series VHS Camcorder at a thrift store in NH last year and it’s practically in new condition cosmetically and came with a case, extra lens, etc. The problem I have is that I can’t get it to turn on and it also has a vhs tape inside.
I tried recharging the 2 batteries that were with it, didn’t turn on. I even got a new battery on Amazon, charged that one, and it still won’t turn on.
I’m curious as to if anyone can help me with this issue? Not only would I like to use it but I want to see whats on the vhs tape!
Did it come with a power cord? Otherwise, sounds like the camera is defective :(…
