Same time 1 vid plays 1 vid recording?

Hey guys, is there a software where i record a video track
and then WHILE I PLAY THAT BACK i record another one in a
pip2 slot?

Just like using an audio recording software.
Sonar or Cubase for example.

I have power director 7 and dont see
this kind of feature though able to
import and have 5 pips total.
