What do you mean by pass out DVD's?
Like capture the service and burn it to a dvd?

Ohh, hmm there's a cople ways you could do this. With the equip you have all you need would be some way to get the footage onto the laptop then a program to burn the dvd's. check out this article I found and let me know if that helps you?
another thought I had is what if you sold the gl2 and bought one of those cameras that records straight into a DVD? It would only be one angle from the back but it would save you the time of having to go through the computer. You'd just pop out the DVD and put it into a duplicator and whala!
