I use macromedia to put video on the web and save my video in a "Progressive Download" format. I prefer this to true "Streaming" because my file sizes are relatively small. The problem that I am running into is that many people still have a slow internet connection speed. So I need to set the video loading buffer out a bit (probably 2-5 seconds).

My question: Once I have saved my video in a "Flash .swf" format, how can I change the loading buffer time? Can I do this in macromedia?

      Thank you for any assistance.
