So the camera that I now use creates much disturbance on the screen when there is moving things in front of the camera, it likes like a scan line effect. (PICTURES BELOW)

the specifications for the camera is following:
      Analog
      Lens: 2,8 mm
      Focus: fixed
      Resolution: 420TV Lines
      Image Sensor: 1/3 inch ccd
More information at (Camera 420c): http://mariner.gr/products/cameras/

What causes this horizontal lines? Is it this scan line effect (what is scan line effect and what “produces it” did not really get it when searched at google). Or is it because the camera uses the analog video television lines resolution, would it be better if the camera for example would have 550TV Lines isntead of 420? I have heard that interlaced video cameras create this also, but when filming with 720i, you would not notice that to much?

Pictures: http://imgur.com/Pgm2hB3 (it is a brush that rotates in front of the camera that causes this disturbances)
