MemberHi,
I am a newbe here and would like help with the effects used in certain video which is made up of photo slides, music and transistion effects
You can see the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlVfrLaU858&feature=youtu.be
Can you tell me what software allows such kind of effects, the fly-bys, setting the colours from the same picture as background, etc. I tried Windows Movie Maker and a couple of other softwares, but couldn't find the same effects used in this video.
So can anyone please help me with this. Thanks in advance.

KeymasterI know iMovie does this, but it sounds like you're a Windows user, so I'm sure that doesn't help. If you have After Effects, you can buy pre-made templaets here: http://videohive.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=slideshow
You might want to try MAGIX Slideshow. It has 30-day trial, so it's pretty risk free. http://www.magix.com/us/slideshow-software/

MemberThanks a lot for your responses. I have checked Magix which looks good but think Proshow is the one, it certainly has got similar effect. Will try that one as well.
Thanks once again Mike Wilhelm and OneOak 🙂

MemberAah … Darn!! Each software has its limitations … I tried our ProShow Producer, it has all the effects which I am after but looks like there is no way to slit the audio track!!! I have a voice over explainning various slides in the movie. In Windows movie maker, I can adjsut this voice over using the scissors tool. But Proshow producer has no such functiaonlity!! 🙁 🙁

ParticipantIn proshow you can add audio to the main track and you can also add audio to indivd ual slides to run at the same time.
