Pinnacle Studio 15HD Questions on new computer!

Where would be the right forum to ask questions about building a new computer to use Pinnacle Studio 15 HD, and Photoshop?

I got the keyboard, mouse, 20" Viewsonic widescreen monitor,700w PSU, Win7Pro O.S.,three HD's (74GB,500GB,2TB) CoolerMaster 690 ATX.

All I need now is ;

1) 8GB (or more) DDR3(1600)

2) GTX650 GDDR5 / 512MB

3) Intel i7 4771 CPU 3.5GHz Haswell

4) MSI, or Gigabyte Motherboard.
