Lumix gh4 video formats

My company recently got Lumix gh4. Normally
i shoot 4k with the cam and everything is usually fine until i recently shoot with two cam and i decided to step it down to 1080 at bitrate of 100mbps, when i transferred d fotages to my computer i discovered there was no audio in the fotages. Please someone should help out. What did l do wrong with the settings, and how can i recover the sound? Please really need help thanks
