I’m looking for a video editor, for an editing job (add sub-titles, speech bubbles, simple opening/closing animation).

Budget: S$500

Timeline:
• 18th Jan: Receive video
• 24th Jan: First cut edits
• 25th Jan: Feedback
• 30th Jan: Second round
• 31st Jan: Feedback
• 3 Feb: Final video

I would like to help but there are issues with my Video Editing Computer, which I am waiting for money from our Tax folks here in Canada, which keeps getting pushed back month at a time, so that I can by a true Video Editing machine.
