Live Photoshopping

Could any of you experts might shed a light as to which Live Photoshop Filter was used in the following video?

I cannot seem to get the answer from anyone.  Not even the man himself.

Although there are other filters demonstrated by other youtubers, none of them seem to be so amazingly dramatic.

I'm a student in Art School. There's some videos we want to shoot, in which this will be immensly helpful (turning someone old to young etc).

Your knowledge, help and expertise would be much appreciated.
