ParticipantHi,
I recently renovated a music venue in the Florida Keys. Instead of musicians competing with sports on our TVs, Id like to set up 4 camera shots on the band, lead singer, crowd, etc and feed that to a projector above the bands and also to the TVs an maybe stream it as well. Im looking for a way to have 4 cameras, a 4×1 automated switcher to do cuts on a timer and send the signal out as a continuious feed. Budget is important. It doesnt have to be 4K quality, just HD 16.9 and work fairly easy as I would like to do it every night. Im looking for suggestions on cameras, switchers anything. I've been racking my brain and doing a lot of research.
Thanks, Eric

ParticipantUpdate: Well I got a few personal emails that helped. This setup will allow a single camera operator or no camera operator to run my 4 camera setup and feed 4 different sources. In-house tvs, projector and internet stream. Im using 4 HD camcorders with composite outputs going into a VS 4×4 automatic sequencing switcher http://www.netmedia.com/audio_video/vs4x4.html. You can set the dwell time for each camea from 1-10 seconds.
