Light a large room for video

I create real estate videos and I am looking for a way to boost ambient lighting without a huge amount of equipment. I am not trying to overpower the bright windows in the mid day sun as I know that’s near impossible, but I would like to brighten the room/lower my ISO to produce a better image. I am thinking some sort of really bright light bounced off the ceiling would produce a natural looking light. I need to be able to pan across a fairly large bedroom and have decent lighting. I also don’t want to haul 20 lights around! Any suggestions?
