      Videohive sells project files for after effects, apple motion etc.

      I am looking to buy packages of project files for adobe premiere pro. Basically something with stock footage and content that has been pre-arranged and provides customizing options.

      Does anyone know a resource for this?

      You can try Videoblocks, now renamed Storyblocks. They have great stock videos ranging from SD to 4k. Their AE Templates are slightly dated but still look great and can be customized easily if you know the basics of After Effects.
