I am making video for the web. I want my videos to be 723×407. I'm using premiere 5.5 for pc and I'm
using H.264 format, standard 4:3 , progressive, NTSC.
When I render I get black bars all around the video. How do I get rid of these?
What is the best video to be published for the web??? .mp4, .flv ?
Why do you want your videos to be 723X407? Can't say I've ever heard of such proportions before. Why not use the normal 720X480, or 640X480 standard 4:3 as found in SD DVD's?
