Hi Guys! Looks like a great group! Anyway, I’m a newbie, green as grass, and need to take high quality videos of racehorses while they are galloping and taking the same stream and showing it in slow motion. So I’m looking for suggestions on camera. The images will have to be viewed over the Internet, and I really want 4K potential. With its lower bit rate it’s just a matter of time. I’m willing to take the steep learning curve. The FS7 looks great as some will be shoulder shot. In the future ENG might be a possibility. I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks.
Sounds like you need a Phantom Flex4K! haha 😀
The FS7 is a great camera, but unfortunately only goes up to 60fps in 4K. Honestly, though, if the FS7 is in your budget, you're not going to do much better than that.
EDIT: If you can afford it, the Red Raven will do 120 in 4K.
