I have an assignment from my computer class, and i want to work on it at home. Problem is, the computers at school are macs, and i have a windows 8 acer computer. I have PowerDirector, which i think is really efficient, but the macs at school have Final Cut Pro. I’m looking for a way to import the PowerDirector files, which save as PDS files, into Final Cut Pro. I don’t want to export the clip or save it as a MPG for example. I want to be able to save it onto my USB so that i can immediately pick up where i left off at home. Is there a way to save it onto my USB in a format that has both layers, and can be recognized by Final Cut?
