Equipment for hiking and mountaineering

Hey,

We’re looking filming equipment recommendation for hiking and mountaineering. So far we have one action camera (GoPro Hero 5 Black) and plan to buy another one + regular camera and equipment.

Regular camera desired specifications:
-smaller size
-waterproof
-able to film 1080p at 60 FPS
-great stabilization
-good low-light video quality

Action camera
-diversified from GoPro filming style (if there is such camera)

Equipment
-from action camera to regular camera equipment

Budget is not defined, since I’m not sure how much everything would cost, but we don’t want to buy most expensive filming equipment with latest technology.
