Hi guys sorry for my english, What is the reasoning (and I presume advantage) to interpreting the footage to 30fps instead of just changing the “Speed/Duration” setting to 50%?

    Another question is:

If i shoot 60 fps and i interprate the footage to 30 fps , i loose quality or not? thanks guys

    I use adobe premiere pro
