      I am very new to video editing, appreciate your support.

      I am uploading a video capture of a book (page after page) to youtube. Each line is highlighted then audio plays reading it then the highlight moves to the second line…etc

      I want to add timestamps, so the reader/listener can just click on the timestamp and it will take her to that part of the book she wants.

      Now if I will add timestamps manually, I will probably die before finishing it (big book).

      I want to use a tool that go through the video and detect scene changes, which will happen when text highlight moves to the next line..etc.

      Or anything that will do the job.

      Are you aware of any tool that might help??
