Hi there! Looking for some expert advice on this: How do I take the audio track from one video and add it to another video? And keep it as intact as possible in the process, ie no recoding. Two video files are not necessarily of the same format, and the required software and hardware are not an issue. Please just tell me how to do it.
Any time I need to do this (I use Vegas Pro), I render the audio out in 44.1k or 48K WAV format (stereo or mono) and import that into wherever it needs to go. This is a lossless format so even if the original audio wasn't in this format, you won't lose anything.
