Hi,I need to do some filming in low light more precisely filming small gigs in pubs at night, where lighting is very low. I have 2 questions:

      1. Pubs are small so the wider I can shoot the better, should I get a full frame camera like a 6D to get more in the picture? Or would the difference, in a pub, be hardly noticeable?

      2. Would the Sigma 18-35 1.8 hsm be a really good choice to pair with my 650D?

I’ve read great reviews about this lens and wonder if the two will be a good marriage or a waste of money. That Sigma is as expensive as the camera itself. So I would still use this lens to take great photos on top of making videos.

Can you please share some thoughts?

      Thanks

      Harry

Everything that I see on that lens says that it is designed for APS-C sensors. So it may not be a compatible fit for a camera with a full frame sensor.
