Build a HD movie in Encore CS 5.5 into SD DVD

Hi. I am a wedding and event video maker. We use to record movies with SD camcorders, but these days are over, so now we buy a new HD camcorder. Our client want two types of finished version from his wedding event. One version in HD written out into Blu-ray, and another one in SD written out into DVD, or multiple DVD. We edit the video in Premiere, made some effect in After Effects, and make this complete in Encore CS 5.5. Now we Build in Encore or project into a Blu-ray disc, but unfortunately we don’t know how to convert/export out into SD, to preserve the menu and everything else. Can you help us with some additional information related with this problem.

Simply open it back up in Encore and change the selection from Blu-Ray to DVD. then click build. If you want to then save the NCOR file again for the standard version just tag the end of the file name with "SD"
