Best PHONE Settings for Facebook Uploads

Nowadays, many of us are constantly uploading HD video to Facebook via Droids and iPhones. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, a high end phone, yet when I upload videos to Facebook, they often come out cruddy (or just not nearly as sharp as they look on the phone). Is there a preferred shooting mode from Droids and iPhones that translates into crystal HD on Facebook?

Those in-house videos you see posted on, say, CNN.com—THOSE are crystal clear!
