Best All-purpose t3i lens?

      I just started shooting on a t3i (moving from a nikon d3200). Anyone have a great general lens to start with? I'm doing mostly testimonials and coprorate training. I'd like to stay under $800.

      Hi Marcus, with an $800 budget, I would get what was pretty much the consensus 2013 lens of the year, the $799 Sigma 18-35mm f1.8.


      This high quality, constant f1.8 aperture lens will be all you need for great results in any lighting conditions at the wide end. And it looks good in daylight too.
