I am selling my Nikon D750 and looking to replace it with something more professional that works good in low light and can shoot 4k at 60fps. I need some advice on what to buy and I only have a $3000 budget. The camera would be used for shootin wedding video’s as well ast training and interview videos. Any advice will help.

I would recommend the Sony a7s ii. The quality that this camera can shoot with in lowlight is astounding. This camera can basically see in the dark without blowing your image out and making it all grainy. You can buy just the body at B&H for $2400. Take a look at some of the test videos on youtube that were shot with the a7s ii. You will be amazed at the quality this small camera can bring.
