Adobe Premiere Element 10 came with my computer when I ordered it. It worked great until I updated Microsoft Windows from 7 to 10.
Everything still works except I can not burn a disc. When “Burn DVD Disc” is selected, I get the message “No Burners Detected” even thought the computer has two DVD drives. It is very strange because if I select “Burn AVCHD to Disc” the program finds the two drives. Also, if I select “Web DVD” it fines the two drives.
Since the computer came with the programs, I do not have a DVD to reload the program.
I took the computer into the Geek Squad and they could not fix the problem.
Any thoughts?
