Absolute necessities for a website?

Hey guys, my name is Alex, this year I went full time doing what I love and then all the work just kind of slowed down. I have built a website that I use to reference people towards to show them my work when I try to pitch a video to them. Does this website have everything that you would want to see in a video production page?
