      I left my mini dv tape in my vx 2000 for a week.did it hurt it?

      im down here in florid and i recently heard a story that some one had a vx2000 they left a mini dv tape in the camera in their car in the hot summer and boom it expanded and it ruined the heads it ended up being cheaper to by a whole new camera by the time labor was added in there
