Which camcorder to choose?

Hi, I’m new here. I’ve never owned a camcorder before and haven’t really had much experience with them. I’ve been shopping around for one and plan on getting it in the next few days. I think I’ve narrowed it down to either a Panasonic PV-GS15 or a Canon Elura 60. Seems the Panasonic has more features but I’ve been told the Canon is a better camera. These two cameras are in my price range and are very comparable in price. Just wondering what other people’s opinions are of these cameras or any other comparable cameras. Thanks.
