Website Search Engines – Suggestions for Professionals

I was hoping to get some suggestions for professional search engine placement. Who do you call to get RESULTS in your placement in the popular search engines?

I don’t call anybody. I use keywords and meta tags placed throughout the site to flag it for search with the search engines. Google is the most difficult one to get ranked on. I am Ranked #1 on MSN and Teoma and first page on AOL, alta vista and alltheweb. There are alot of websites that can tell you how to optimize keywords but some search engines are very difficult (or nearly impossible) to “trick” (and others are easy).
