Vynal to digital

New to forum so forgive if repeat topic. I would like to capture my vynal record tracks converted to digital formats for inserting in video and creating straight music CDs.

I have a Dazzle150 and I can hook up the turntable audio outputs and capture as “video soundtrack” with no video or whatever video source I apply, but I don’t know how to record tracks as WAV or MP3 audio format for inserting in other video projects as background music or for creating music CDs (playable on a music CD player).

Any suggestions on software/hardware audio combos (el cheapo) that will accomplish this task similar to my Studio9/Dazzle150 capture device combo for video?
