      Hi,

      New here from http://www.studio-central.com.

My question is a basic newbie one.

I need some software to put dvd recordings made from Freeview tv progs on my hard drive so I can assemble and edit them and burn the complete issue. I also would like to do the same with dvd’s made on a sony machine via a Cannon M8 Camcorder.

I have tried various freebies and demos but they either put a water mark on screen until you buy, don’t edit and/or don’t burn. I don’t mind paying but I want a TIME limited demo so I can avoid a pig in a poke! These demo restictions are hated in the audio community as well.

A freebie would not be refused however!

Please note I am 625/50Hz PALi.

      Dave.
