video light wattage

I have seen some video lights for sale at stores and on internet.
My question is:
What is a good wattage for an indoor (wedding) reception? Most of the lights I’ve seen were from 10 to 30 watts. Is this a good number or should it be more powerful?

I use a Hahnel Compact VL20 with 20W which suits my needs in any situation (except it has poor battery life), but then I’m not a professional.
