  Follwing up on Videomaker’s recommendation to take a look at Saphire Edge I also looked beyond that and located fx software that would alter footage to look like sketches, cartoons and paint effects. Pricing was in Euros. I didn’t save or record it and cannot find it again. Any one know what I was looking at? Your guidance appreciated.

  NewBlueFX has one called Catoonr for free. I have used it and love it – Very simple to use, lots of presets, PC or Mac, plus it’s free!
