Hi!
I’m looking for a video card you would recommander which has the feature of a DVI or HDMI input (from my HD cable box to the computer).
I really mean Input (and DVI output as well!) since I’d like to record TV in HD. I try to record an upcoming hockey game in HD and Sage TV/Beyond TV and all those software + PInnacle HD TV stick don’t work (well, they accept/record only inSD). My computer is definitely up to the task and I’m having a hard time trying to find “that ” video card. I heard about BlackMagic and emailed them to see if that would work for me.
Do you know if Ati’s RADEON could do that as well.
What do you think ? What’s my best bet for what I try to achieve ?
Thank you for any input! (no pun intented!!)
Jean
I’d check out products from AJA, BlackMagic, and Matrox. Since you mentioned BlackMagic, the Intesiy Pro card seems to be the way to go.
Thank you for your input!
hi there thx for input
