tripod reccomendation?

hello all, I am just new to the sight and am looking for a reccomendation on a good quality tripod for filming. I do a lot of wildlife/nature stuff so it need to be somewhat light weight, quiet adjustments are a big bonus, it need to be quite quick and easy to adjust as the animals move and you must also move and reset quickly or you will loose the shot. also smooth moving head is a must. Currently shooting on a JVC HDD but will be looking to upgrade to something a little higher end soon so take that into consideration. I have a budget of $250 or less to spend…so…any suggestions?
