Toast 10 burning to dvd

Im burning video clips from my avchd sony camcorder to dvd via toast 10.Everything works ok except that there is a slight delay between different clips being “stiched together” to make the video.This doesnt happen when I play the footage directly from the camera to my tv.Has anyone experience this really annoying problem and is there a solution?
