There is a specific term for this but I cannot remember it or find it.

I found it! I knew I saw it on Wikipedia but couldn’t remember where. I remembered it had to do with perceived synchronization between Dark Side of the Moon and the Wizard of Oz. Anyway, this phenomenon is called Apophenia.
Apophenia is the experience of seeing patterns or connections in random or meaningless data. The term was coined in 1958 by Klaus Conrad, who defined it as the “unmotivated seeing of connections” accompanied by a “specific experience of an abnormal meaningfulness”
